Tics don’t always go away when relaxed!

If anything, not being distracted or hyper-focused on something can sometimes increase tics. Other potential reasons for tics when relaxing could be screen time, being tired, certain foods and drinks.

There’s many really, although I am sure may people will experience a decrease in tics here, too.

1 — Not difficult at all 2 — Slightly difficult 3 — Moderately difficult 4 — Very difficult 5 — Extremely difficult / Overwhelming
Tourette experiences can feel very personal or taboo. Please keep this as vague as possible.
